Food Service Manager

Central Convenience Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in a team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
