Senior Accountant, Privately Held Business Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our Privately Held Business Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, delivering high-quality financial statements, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Plan and execute audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- University degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public practice, with a focus on accounting and tax services for small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses.
- Strong technical skills in accounting and tax, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
