Lorne St. Bottle Depot is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment:
