Job Description


The Supervisor role at Savers / Value Village is a key position that plays a critical part in the success of our stores. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Team Members, making important decisions that impact store performance, and developing and empowering your team to drive results.


You will have opportunities to work in various areas of the store, including Operations, Production, and Retail. This could include roles such as Front End Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or Community Donation Supervisor.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Team Members
  • Making key decisions that impact store performance and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
