Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Solutions Business Partner to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing learning solutions that drive performance excellence in patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions to support the performance of our employees.
  • Facilitate formal training for new and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Support new hires in their onboarding process, providing performance coaching and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct ongoing performance audits to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in delivering learning solutions, facilitation, and/or design in a patient-centric environment.
  • Regulated Health Professional preferred.
  • Previous experience in applying adult learning principles.
  • Proven excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated focus on providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our learners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in Case Management.
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in RAI training.
  • Post-secondary education in Adult Education.
  • Previous experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating customer service training.
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in Change Management.
