We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Compassionate Care Home & Hospital Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, coordinating office services, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of administrative staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Private sector.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, own vehicle, public transportation available.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability.
