Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our marketing team at Malibu Events Promotions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving demand and building relationships with potential customers through various promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field marketing campaigns, including events, product demonstrations, and trade shows, to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies that resonate with customers and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations, fostering partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve marketing efforts and product offerings, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Track performance metrics of field marketing activities and report on results to the marketing team, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including location, equipment, and staffing needs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Promote brand awareness through social media and community engagement initiatives, leveraging digital channels to reach target audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience can substitute for education.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
