Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by maintaining brand standards and exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role in the business sector
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to 'think on your feet'
  • Strong team player with a pragmatic mindset and creative approach to driving innovation
