Job Title: Associate Director of Social and Digital Marketing

The Armour Group Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Social and Digital Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for our restaurants and hospitality outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize results.
  • Oversee and coordinate social media campaigns to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality and food & beverage coordinator to ensure cohesive content creation.
  • Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and chefs to understand and promote current needs, promotions, and events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and data.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
