Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the divisional sales manager and human resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that the store is visually merchandised and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of general computer software and retail point of sale systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
