Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations
  • Implement company initiatives and ensure they are properly executed
  • Communicate with district sales manager, distribution, and buying and merchandising departments
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Recognize and develop talented staff for growth within the company
  • Provide a fun and full-service experience to all customers
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
  • Complete bank deposits and manage store finances

Requirements

  • Prior retail management experience preferred
  • 1-2 years retail sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bilingualism as required (Quebec only)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age*
