Dedicated Care Supervisor

At Seasons Retirement Communities, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator (RPN) to oversee the delivery of exceptional care services to our residents. This is a permanent part-time position with a competitive hourly rate.
About the RoleThis key leadership role requires a Registered Practical Nurse with a strong commitment to providing person-centered care. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our Resident Guest Attendants and other care team members to ensure the highest standard of care services is maintained at all times.
You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to assess their needs and develop personalized service plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor care staff to provide high-quality care services
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized service plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and promote a culture of excellence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Practical Nurse License in good standing with the CNO
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff
- Leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care or seniors' housing environment
