Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional and social support to patients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program.
  • A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
