We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Specialist to join our growing team at HearCANADA, a leading provider of hearing care services in Canada.

About the Role:

This full-time opportunity is based in Belle River, Ontario (Lakeshore) clinic located on County Road 22/Renaud Line Road. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient experience through various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless communication with patients and colleagues
  2. Process payments, manage client files, and maintain a well-organized workspace
  3. Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions
  4. Participate in marketing initiatives, attend community events, and engage with healthcare providers to promote HearCANADA's services
  5. Assist clinical team members with equipment and sanitization as directed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative capacity
  • Experience working in a retail or sales-oriented environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred for local travel to events and marketing engagements

What We Offer:

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
