Trinity College School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director - Enrolment to join its senior leadership team. This key role is responsible for leading the Admissions Office and overseeing the administration of the admission and financial assistance budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic enrolment management plans to attract and retain mission-appropriate students.
- Lead the Admissions Office team and provide guidance on enrolment management, marketing, and financial assistance.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with the School's strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage the School's financial assistance program and budget.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform enrolment decisions.
- University degree in education, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in school admissions, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, and families.
