Executive Director of Enrolment

Trinity College School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director - Enrolment to join its senior leadership team. This key role is responsible for leading the Admissions Office and overseeing the administration of the admission and financial assistance budgets, as well as all recruitment and enrolment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Enrolment Management Plan to achieve the School's enrolment goals.
- Coordinate reenrolment activity and monitor attrition and retention rates.
- Oversee the School's financial assistance program and budget in conjunction with the awards committee and the Philanthropy & Alumni Office.
- Provide strategic guidance on admissions and enrolment research, data, demographics, and statistical data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement long-term plans for the School's sustainability.
- A university degree in education, business, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in school admissions, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge of independent school education and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly self-directed and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
