About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our residents.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the care home, including financial, physical, and human resources.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of caregivers and support staff.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the local community to promote our mission, vision, and values.
- Develop and manage budgets, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in health or social services, or equivalent experience.
- Administrator's Certification or equivalent.
- Ontario Fire Safety: Training for Owners/Operators Course Certificate.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in healthcare or social services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
