Trinity College School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director - Enrolment to join its senior leadership team. This key role is responsible for leading the School's enrolment management efforts, including recruitment, retention, marketing, financial assistance, and research.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic enrolment management plans to attract and retain mission-appropriate students.
- Lead a team of admissions staff to ensure effective recruitment and enrolment processes.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to inform and drive the School's strategic planning and decision-making.
- Oversee the School's financial assistance program and budget.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform enrolment decisions and strategies.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in school admissions, marketing, or a related field.
- University degree in education, business, or a closely related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a team, with a strong focus on customer service and student satisfaction.
