Executive Director of Enrolment
Trinity College School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Enrolment to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Admissions Office and overseeing the administration of the admission and financial assistance budgets.
The Executive Director of Enrolment will be responsible for formulating the annual Strategic Enrolment Management Plan, coordinating reenrolment activity, and overseeing the School's financial assistance program and budget. They will also be responsible for informing the senior leadership team, admissions staff, and community about admissions and enrolment research, data, demographics, statistical data, and enrolment trends.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, preferably in education, business, or a closely related field, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in school admissions, marketing, or comparable work. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly self-directed and organized, and have proficiency in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the annual Strategic Enrolment Management Plan
- Coordinate reenrolment activity
- Oversee the School's financial assistance program and budget
- Inform the senior leadership team, admissions staff, and community about admissions and enrolment research, data, demographics, statistical data, and enrolment trends
Requirements:
- University degree in education, business, or a closely related field
