Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Implement and review new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Establish priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines

Office Services Coordination

  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Administer policies and procedures for record release and information management

Financial Management

  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

Communication and Reporting

  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Training and Development

  • Train staff members on administrative procedures and policies

Work Environment

  • Permanent work arrangement
  • Work language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
