About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as cleaning and personal care;
  • Transporting patients between care facilities and administering first aid when necessary;
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare teams;
  • Participating in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience an asset;
  • Ability to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs);
  • Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods;
