Technical Support Specialist

As a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist at PCI Panasonic Canada Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers through various channels, including telephone and email. You will work in a 24/7 helpdesk environment, providing timely resolution of customer issues in accordance with service level and other KPI standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers through telephone and email
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
* Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams as needed
* Maintain and monitor B2B Customer core Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software applications
* Provide value-added customer service by translating technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirements
Requirements
* High school graduation with 3-4 years of technical and troubleshooting experience
* Bilingual in French and English
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email, and internet
* Microsoft Networking certification (A+) or equivalent post-secondary technical degree
