Job Summary

PCI Panasonic Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems to senior technicians, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to B2B Customer core Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software applications
• Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Escalate complex problems to senior technicians and provide recommendations for resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and timely support

Requirements

• High school graduation with 3 to 4 years of technical and troubleshooting experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
