Technical Support Specialist

At PCI Panasonic Canada Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through various channels, including phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and troubleshoot B2B customer core Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software applications.
- Escalate customer issues to advanced support, field service, or management as required.
- Provide value-added customer service by translating technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirements.
- Process RMA and supply orders, and liaise with sales as needed.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services, and train new agents on call center routine.
- High school graduation with 3-4 years of technical and troubleshooting experience, or a Community College degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
- Excellent customer relations skills, with ability to exhibit empathy and patience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and networking protocols.
- Complex problem-solving skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
