Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PIZZA HUT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and implement processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Noisy work environment, with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with a focus on restaurant operations.
