Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including operating a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and provide support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
