Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jessy's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods and performing a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
