Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hebster Construction Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure the efficient use of office supplies and equipment.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Manage and reconcile office expenses.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Human Resources
    • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and engagement programs.
    • Provide support for employee onboarding and training.
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data and records.
    • Develop and implement data management procedures to ensure data integrity.
    • Assist with the implementation of new technology and software.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Language
      • English.
