Your Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, combined with an excellent academic and professional record.
  • An MBA or CFA designation is highly valued but not required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a director-level position within investment banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams.
