Protecting What Matters Most
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their goals by providing personalized insurance solutions. With a strong focus on customer relationships and sales targets, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary, as we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
