Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $44,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most to them. A typical day will involve providing quotes and selling new policies via phone, in-person, or email, as well as assisting customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
  • Assist customers with purchasing home and auto policies
  • Manage and build customer relationships
  • Meet insurance sales targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to navigate multiple computer programs. Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role is an asset, but not required. We provide applicable training for the right candidate.
