Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing kitchen staff and overseeing food preparation and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service, ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and manage kitchen resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop menus, plan events, and implement new ideas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
