Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our engineering team, aid in developing new processes, and assign part numbers and enter related data into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including processing drawings and Engineering Change Notes (ECNs).
  • Aid in developing new engineering administration processes as our site transitions to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Assign part numbers and enter related data into the ERP system.
  • Revise Bill of Materials (BoMs) based on input from designers.
  • Prepare and maintain ISO and ERP related Engineering documents.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or Engineering Technology or CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
  • Detailed oriented with a quality mindset.
  • Process Driven with a solutions orientation which helps drive operational effectiveness.
  • A Multi-tasker who is a natural at prioritizing and organizing your work.
  • A Communicator and a Collaborator who thrives working cross functionally.

Security Clearance

Moog Focal follows Controlled Good Regulations. Candidates must be able to apply for registration which entails being willing to provide consent to a Controlled Goods security assessment either at time of hire or at another time while employed with Moog Focal, and be either a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident in Canada.
