Job Summary

We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to provide administrative support to our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new engineering administration processes, assigning part numbers, revising Bill of Materials, processing drawings, and preparing engineering documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement new engineering administration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assign part numbers and enter related data into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Revise Bill of Materials (BoMs) based on input from designers.
  • Process drawings and Engineering Change Notes (ECNs).
  • Prepare and maintain ISO and ERP-related engineering documents.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or Engineering Technology or CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
  • Detailed-oriented with a quality mindset.
  • Process-driven with a solutions orientation.
