Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sofari Collections Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking. Excellent oral communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
