We're seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our technology staffing sales team and drive long-term success.

As the head of the technology staffing sales team, you'll collaborate with the sales leadership team to craft and execute a strategy to maximize technology staffing revenue.

You'll work with other teams to cross-sell, increase account penetration, and offer full-service staffing solutions to clients.

The team's success will be your success. You'll need to be open to working with and through the team rather than focusing on personal production.

This is an unusual opportunity to take over a productive team with bright prospects from day one.

Our client offers a competitive base salary of ~$150,000 plus a management bonus plan and comprehensive benefits package.

This hybrid role requires you to be local to the Greater Toronto Area and spend a few days a week in downtown Toronto or Mississauga offices.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least a few years of sales experience within the IT staffing industry.

You'll need to be comfortable executing complex sales processes, including bids & proposals, C-suite stakeholder negotiations, and selling complex staffing solutions.

Previous sales leadership experience in the staffing industry is important, too. This includes reporting & analysis, performance management, and career development as well as day-to-day work management and coaching.

Apart from a strong track record in sales and leadership, we're looking for someone who can improve or implement structured sales processes and methodologies to support the team's growth.
