We are looking for licensed agents who are ready to take their transaction count to the next level. In a highly competitive and commission-based industry like Real Estate, you will go farther with the right team behind you.

We are not a team that just provides leads; we provide the skills to convert someone from a lead to a transaction in the shortest amount of time possible. We help agents focus on the activities that generate money and ensure they avoid getting bogged down with the small details that can choke out a sales pipeline.

We have found the sweet spot for human-driven and technology-supported real estate that allows agents access to leverage and support where they need it. We have spent years building our systems, hiring the right talent, and building a platform that allows agents to focus on what they do best: buying and selling homes. We provide a combination of technology tools, marketing resources, and top-tier coaching so agents can focus on growing their business rather than taking care of their to-do lists.

**Top Tier Coaching.**

Access to top-tier coaching is another place we outshine most. We have been paid to consult, coach, and train our peers from across North America, and we believe in providing high-level coaching for our team to help keep us at the top of our industry. With weekly coaching calls with industry experts and daily check-ins for real-time support and training, you will gain real insight into your business, deepen your skill set, and learn from some of the best in the business.

**Marketing.**

Our in-house marketing team ensures your listings are picture-perfect and your Social Media posts are eye-catching. We are always up to date on current trends and standards in marketing homes. We have long-term relationships with the best stagers, media companies and services to make sure your listings stand out against the competition.

**We Cover Southern Ontario.**

We hold real estate licenses across most of Southern Ontario. With the massive boom Southern Ontario has experienced, it is more important than ever that an agent be able to pivot to other markets to serve their clients. We hold licenses from Niagara to Muskoka, so we can ensure our agents can meet their clients’ needs without worrying about the boundaries of your board.

**Listing Support & Leverage.**

In this industry, paperwork and listing communication can be another way that agents lose time (and, therefore, clients). We have support staff that are detail-oriented and help keep you organized and on task. Again, we want to keep you doing what you do best: focusing on the relationship aspect of this industry, not sitting on hold with TRREB or checking data info sheets.

**The technology you need, none of the unnecessary fluff.**

We have invested in top-tier CRMs and spent hundreds of hours setting up systems and services to create a user-friendly experience for the agents on our team. Our onboarding system is set up to show you the features you need to use, and we leave all the details up to the operations and marketing teams to keep the machine moving for you. Tech support is supposed to feel like leverage, not a masochistic experience where you spend hours on calls and trying to make sure all your systems are working.

**Work-Life Balance.**

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
