Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue growth in the technology staffing segment. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to craft and implement long-term plans that drive business expansion.

Team Management:

Lead a high-performing sales team responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales success. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Sales Process Improvement:

Analyze sales processes and identify areas for optimization. Implement structured methodologies and tools to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and developing customized solutions to meet their technology staffing requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within the IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a deep understanding of the technology staffing market and its nuances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with sales process improvement methodologies and tools.
