Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex technical issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base content to support customer self-service
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during weekends and holidays
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and data protection
  • Experience with customer support software and tools
