About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the management of our operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  3. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our operations.
  4. Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  5. Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  6. Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a senior operations management role.
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
