About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at Progress Glass Company Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
