Farm Operations Manager

RPS Hawk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our poultry farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of farm workers, ensuring the health and well-being of the animals, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train farm workers to ensure they are following proper animal care and handling procedures
  • Monitor animal health and take corrective action as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of animal health, production, and farm operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless farm operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Valid driver's license
