About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team at RPS Hawk Inc. as a key member of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Farm Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our poultry farm, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
  • Animal Handling and Welfare: Ensure the health and well-being of our livestock, including chickens, turkeys, and other poultry.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of farm operations, including production data, animal health, and maintenance schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of farm workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of farm operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of farm equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including farms and farm-related facilities.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license required.
