Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Farm Operations

  • Animal Care and Welfare

  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of farm operations, including production data, animal health, and worker performance.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment for all farm workers, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in farm operations management or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in managing farm operations, including animal care, record keeping, and financial management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
