Farm Operations Manager

RPS Hawk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our poultry farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our animals, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm staff, including animal handlers, maintenance personnel, and equipment operators.
  • Develop and implement farm operations plans, including animal care, feeding, and health programs.
  • Monitor and maintain farm equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with farm veterinarians and other experts to develop and implement animal health programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm operations, animal care, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in agriculture, animal science, or a related field preferred.
