We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including front desk operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Hotel Operations: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the hotel operates within budget.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
- Policies and Procedures: Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Education: A degree in Hospitality or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel management or a related field is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
