We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Associate to join our team at RW&CO. as a key member of our store operations team. Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Processing: Receive, inspect, and process merchandise shipments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all products are properly received, stored, and displayed.
  • Visual Presentation: Assist in the creation of visually appealing store displays and fixtures, ensuring that our stores are always looking their best.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role, is an asset.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process merchandise and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store in a safe manner.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
