We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, verifying quantities and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with store management to prioritize receiving and shipping tasks
  • Ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy boxes/merchandise
