Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

At London Drugs Limited, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of merchandise
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and movements
  • Coordinate with store management to prioritize receiving and stocking of merchandise
  • Ensure the maintenance and organization of the receiving area, including the storage and retrieval of merchandise
  • Communicate effectively with store management and other team members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy boxes/merchandise
