About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, with 35-40 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient sales processes
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
  • Sell merchandise and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
